Not worth $4.99

Looks like ZOHO has a long way to go with this App. Phone # formatting is "non-existent," no notes/description capture possible & if adding to leads there is no way to choose "status" that triggers some of my workflow automations. Also, i have to edit most cards can info before submit. Anyone know how to get you money back?
